Bizzybee – ‘Who Wants To Be A bizzyionaire?’ Terms and conditions:

1. Open to residents of mainland UK aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, BM Polyco, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

2. To enter, visit www.facebook.com/bizzybeeuk “Who Wants To Be A bizzyionaire” and register your details.

3. The promotion will start at 6pm on 08.08.11 and deadline for entries is midnight on 07.10.11. Access to the internet and a valid email address are required in order to participate. There will be nine weekly winners (one per week) and one grand prize overall winner.

4. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

5. Prizes to be won are allocated as follows:

Weekly prizes: 1 winner will be chosen per week. Each winner will receive one bizzybee cleaning goodie bag. No cash or other alternative prizes will be available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.

Grand prize: One iPod shuffle mp3 player. No cash or other alternative prizes will be available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.

All prizes are non-transferable and are subject to the terms and conditions of the providers of the prizes to the Promoter.

6. The allocation of prizes to winners will take place as follows:

Weekly winners will be the entrants with the highest score on the Who Wants To Be A bizzyionaire? leaderboard by 3.00am each Monday. There will be one winner per week and entrants and households can only win once, with the exception of the Grand prize winner. Weekly winners will be announced on the bizzybee facebook page after the winner has been notified.

Grand Prize winner: The holder of the highest overall score throughout the competition. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on the bizzybee facebook page after the winner has been notified.

7. Users can only play Who Wants To Be A bizzyionaire? once per week (maximum of nine entries per entrant during the length of the campaign) (tracked by Facebook ID). If it becomes apparent that a participant is circumventing this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded to that participant will be withdrawn. bizzybee reserves the right to reverse its decision and withdraw any prizes won.

8. The weekly winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. These winners must claim their prize within 10 days of the notification. The Grand Prize winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the closing date. Grand Prize winner must claim their prize within 28 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time entitlement will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prizes to reserves selected at the same time as the originals.

9. For the name of the winner please send a SAE to BM Polyco Ltd, ‘Who Wants To Be A bizzyionaire?’, Crown Rd, Enfield, Middlesex EN1 1TX between 10.10.11 and 10.11.11.

10. After the end of the promotion BM Polyco Ltd would like to keep entrants informed of similar products and services. By entering the prize draw you consent to your personal details being used for this purpose. If you specifically do not want to receive this information please state it at the time or after registering via www.bizzybee.co.uk. Your details will not be supplied to third parties for marketing purposes unless requested by you and will be stored in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. BM Polyco Ltd has no liability to entrants or any third party for any damages arising from the prize or the promotion. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and will be bound by these terms and conditions.

12. Facebook, Inc. is not a sponsor of this contest and bears no responsibility or liability for the administration, operation, judging, or conduct of the sweepstake, or for the fulfilment of prizes associated with this promotion.

13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for fulfillment of this promotion unless you have agreed to its use for any other purpose.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

Waiver
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
