Bizzybee Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK and the Isle of Man aged 18 years and over, except employees and their families of BM Polyco, their agents and anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

2. The promotional period runs from 01/10/09 to 31/05/10 inclusive. All free gifts must be claimed by 31/05/10.

3. Consumers purchasing promotional packs of BM Polyco’s bizzybee multipurpose gloves, multipurpose cloths or satin touch gloves will be entitled to one of the following three gifts:
• A free magazine up to the value of £1.90 (including £1.90 off magazine costing more than £1.90)
• A free music track download
• 20% off Nails Inc products online (not including sale items or gift vouchers)

To claim one of the above offers, consumers will need to visit the promotional website (www.bizzybee.co.uk/freegift) and on the homepage enter:
• their name
• their email address
• tick the offer they would like to receive
• enter the characters shown into a ‘type what you see panel’
• enter their URN from the fix-a-form
• click submit

Consumers will then be able to choose from a free magazine voucher worth £1.90, a free music track download or 20% off products at Nails Inc on-line.

If the consumer selects the free magazine reward (to the value of £1.90), they will tick the magazine reward icon on the homepage and they will then be sent an e-mail containing a URL link through to a secure coupon web page. Here the consumer will be able to print a coupon for a free magazine voucher worth £1.90. The coupon will be redeemable at any participating stockist. The coupon will be valid for 28 days from printing. NB. Consumers may purchase a magazine for less than £1.90 but no change will be given, and if the magazine is worth more than £1.90, the consumer will be required to pay the balance.

If the consumer selects the music reward, they will tick the music reward icon on the homepage and will then receive an e-mail containing a free music track download voucher and details of how to claim. Consumers can then click on the link to the online music store, where they can choose and download their music track for free.

If the consumer selects the 20% off Nails Inc products online reward, they will tick the Nails Inc icon on the homepage and then they will be directed to the Nails Inc site. Having selected the items they wish to purchase, on the check out page they can enter their URN (from the promotional leaflet attached to Bizzybee packs) in the promotional code box indicated, to get 20% off (products only).

4. Internet access will be required to redeem the offers.

5. Only one offer maybe redeemed per promotional pack.

6. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues that delay or prevent participation in this promotion.

7. By entering this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.

8. Applications which do not comply with the terms and conditions of the Promotion will be rejected and treated as invalid.
